The Story behind the Board.
The first Balance Deck began as a homemade solution by Ali by the Sea simple problem surfers do not get enough opportunities to repeat their footwork.
The design has now been refined and produced in partnership with MasayaCo, combining a surfer-developed training concept with sustainably grown teak and skilled Nicaraguan craftsmanship.
