The bench we got from Masaya arrived very well packaged and beautifully made, with great attention to detail. I was particularly impressed with the quality of the wood and the finish - it's satin-smooth, much better sanding and finishing than any of the large-store pieces we've gotten recently. Looks beautiful in our entryway.

Santa Cruz Bench | Colonial Pattern

The quality and look and feel of the product is excellent. It is very well made. The bench looks exactly as it did in the pictures on the website. It arrived without any dents or scratches. I would say it is a very high quality product at a fair, although no cheap, price. I gave it four vs five stars because their delivery times are always way too long. They claimed the bench was in their warehouse but it took many days before it arrived. And I had to contact them to get them to acknowledge this. Another piece I ordered from them, a small ottoman, was also excellently made. It also looks great. But took over 3 months to arrive. A long time for a tiny ottoman! If you are willing to wait then these are excellent products. I will consider ordering from them again.
